Our incentive systems are structured so that roles are remunerated according to the achievement of annual and multi-year results in order to maintain a sustainable level of performance over time. Targets are both qualitative and quantitative and allow a control over a variety of aspects of business performance, such as, in a sustainable perspective and aligned with our values, those related to the stakeholder engagement, specifically customer engagement, people management and community involvement.
